As an embodiment coach, Scott weaves attachment healing, parts/shadow work, somatic healing practices, adult ego development and much more to meet you where you are and guide you stage by stage into showing up for yourself and all of life as your very best self.
As a spiritual teacher with lineage permission to initiate and guide transformative tantric practices (Sri Vidya), Scott's teaching work offers precise practices for dissolving the veils obscuring equanimity, love, compassion and joy.
Host of The Choice to Grow Podcast and known for his hugely popular courses and workshops with One Commune, Younity.com, Wanderlust Festivals, and Unplug Meditation, Scott has been catalyzing the inner evolution of others for decades: helping them to grow, transform obstacles into opportunities, and find Love within.
Scott spent several years living and studying in a Hindu monastery which introduced him to the core body of Tantric traditions which continue to flow through each of his teachings. Apprenticeships in leadership development, meditation and philosophy training, spiritual awakening and Vedic rituals were all part of Scott’s development into the teacher, coach and guide that he is today.
Scott has committed himself to a life of growth and learning, continuing to learn and study with the extraordinary guides, teachers and wisdom keepers of our times in service of being of maximum benefit to beings.
Scott’s teachings support the entire person to not only progressively recognize, stabilize and embody our inextricable oneness with the source of creation (Waking Up), but also to resolve the wounds of the past (Cleaning Up), continually expand our capacities for wider and more inclusive perspectives on any moment (Growing Up) and creatively and joyfully participate and collaborate with all of life as a loving thriving human being (Showing Up).
