How the workshop will go:
You'll begin upright and seated where Scott will guide you through several meditative practices, connecting you with your ideal energy flow as well as taking you through other key practices we are weaving through Ecstatic Breathwork 2.0.
Then you'll be guided to lay flat on an area you've already prepared to move into the breathwork portion of the experience.
Ecstatic Breathwork uses a rhythmic breathing technique, breathing through the mouth for some time, to amplify the amount of coherent energy you can access for healing, transformation and awakening. Coherent energy is the opposite of disorganized energy. The more coherent energy we are accessing, the more we shine as our best selves and the more we quickly and easily we can heal, grow, create and thrive.
Ecstatic Breathwork is supported by a music soundtrack, so it's recommended to be using headphones so that you can hear both Scott's guidance along the way as well as the music.
